Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us, and that time is set aside especially for you. We understand that schedule changes happen. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Please note that cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service cost. Thank you for valuing our time and supporting our business.
